Hi guys, Thrashkal here.
In 2013, I worked on several big projects on Minecraft, maybe too big for me. I’ve almost failed exams because of that. This schoolyear is also a big one in Belgium, I don’t want to go back. You guys have to understand that sometimes you can’t do everything you wanted to. For example, “The Wrath of Redge” has such a huge terrain that I had to make redstone clocks everywhere, and dungeons were so long to invent, build, automate, test, and put online. And after all that, lots of bugs still appearing due to Minecraft updates.
Another problem is that my stuff is not good. My desktop has no more wifi and sound. My laptop is just a macbook air…And the worst is that it’s a mac.
Socially point, developing maps takes all of my time, and I still wanna go out and have a life.
All of this doesn’t mean that I’m retiring. It means that the break has already started, and I don’t know when I’ll come back.
What I want to finish is the 1.2 update of “The Legend of your Helmet 1”, because that’s how I started. I think I’ll wait for a late version of Minecraft to continue, because too much things for command blocks are added at once recently.
